We had been searching for a while and found the right one! We live a few states away and Ace RV was friendly, professional and able to do a video walk through, they connected us with financing and they were amazing as well! When we got there, we were shown were everything was and what it was and how to use it…. Being first time RV owners is a little scary but Ace RV will still answer our questions!! Thank you so much for such a great first time buying experience!! We are so excited to own this and begin lots more memory making!!! The kids love it so much that we had to have sleepovers the first 2 nights in the driveway after we brought it home!
We have had a few issues with our new Renegade Motorhome. Ace RV not only does the warranty work, approved by Renegade, they get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Ali is prompt and very helpful. He communicates the entire time our RV was there. Brian, the tech who worked on our RV, fixed all 3 issues and also communicated to keep us up to date. Its a 60 mile drive for us, one way to have them work on our RV, but I would probably drive 100!! These guys are one of the best we have had in all of our years of owning Rv’s. Highly recommend them!!
We needed work on our dump valves quickly so that we could go out with our grandchildren in a few days. They evaluated it quickly and got everything corrected in plenty of time for our trip. So thankful to have them in our area!
Took my motorhome to Ace for repair after a collision. They did great work! They treated me like a king, always pleasant, and positive, kept me well informed. Highly recommend
