I was disappointed with yesterdays cleaning. I go in and the first thing was the polishing which in the past, polishing was always the last bit. The hygienist or assistant was barely touching my teeth with the polisher. Then the dentist came in and did a little scraping. If it wasn’t for the X-ray and talking I would have been back in my car in 15 minutes. There was no flossing and no real scraping. I went in with a little popcorn in my teeth from lunch and it was still there. You should leave there with your gums a little sore. I had to ask about my gums height cause the hygienist from six months ago told me to get an electric tooth brush, I don’t think my gums were measured this time. I do want to say that the hygienist and dentist are very friendly as is the rest of the staff.
Dr. Amelon is an outstanding dentist. From administering anesthetic to creating & restoring fillings, she is top notch. Her assistant today, Nita (sp?) is also excellent. In addition to their technical expertise, both are very easy to get along with.
Great dental care! Responsive, caring staff in a beautiful office space. They’ll see you on time, also, which is really important. (I never even get to read any of the magazines!)
I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for years. He is an exceptionally professional dentist. I would recommend him to anyone and they would be lucky to be in his care. Everyone in his practice are also very competent.
Dr. Syrbu and her crew were so kind and caring in helping our oldest son with special needs feel comfortable during his visit. They accommodated us in any way we felt would help him, and they were patient when we needed to try a different approach. Thank you for making our experience so positive…we appreciate all of you!!
