The Wedding Plan & Company paired us with the most amazing wedding planner, Gabbi. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she truly became our friend in the process. From the moment we first spoke with her, we knew she was someone we needed on our wedding team. She made us feel so comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. We decided to do the “Power Couple” plan, since it fit our needs the most. This meant that we would meet with her once a month leading up to the wedding and then the month of the wedding she would take over. We LOVED this- it allowed us to get to know Gabbi and helped her really get to know us. On every call leading up to the wedding she would not only make sure we were on track with planning, but also give support to any setbacks we faced, celebrate our wins with us, help us navigate anything we were unsure of, reassure us in decisions we made, answer any questions we had, and most of all helped us laugh and enjoy the moments. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. The month of the wedding she was our fairy godmother. With so much to do the weeks leading up to the wedding, we knew we could count on her to keep things on track. The day of the wedding she was our partner in crime, she could read us like a book and made sure everything was taken care of so we could really enjoy the moment. Our friends and family had nothing but amazing things to say about Gabbi and the whole team. They loved her just as much as we do. She was SUCH an integral part of the wedding and made our day absolutely magical. We could not be more grateful for Gabbi and The Wedding Plan & Company!
After booking all my major vendors on my own I felt a little lost in the wedding planning process. I reached out to The Wedding Plan & Company looking for someone who could give me guidance on what I should be doing next. I felt like I had a grasp on the basics but really wanted an expert to help me navigate all the finer details. I was lucky enough to speak with Jaclyn on my initial phone call with the company and immediately knew I found the people who could help make my vision come to life. As I talked through what I was looking for, I didn't feel like I was being sold a planning process. I really felt like I was being heard and Jaclyn only wanted to work with me if it truly made sense. After working through it, we signed up for their Power Couple Package + a Month-of Wedding Coordinator. This was the perfect middle ground between doing it all on my own and having a full-service planner and made the whole process feel a little less daunting. After signing on, we were lucky enough to be paired up with Kasey. Kasey was helpful right from the start, even if she was just reassuring me that I was on track to have an absolutely amazing day. As a Power Couple, Kasey was always honest with us in our monthly meetings about what was a priority and what was just distracting me from what I really needed to get done. This roadmap for planning eliminated the feeling of being overwhelmed with choices, options, tasks, etc. and really put my mind at ease. She was never too busy to take a question or answer an email, even if it wasn't necessarily something she needed to do. As a month-of coordinator, Kasey was truly like my best friend. She got a text with every random thought that crossed my mind, talked me out of changing plans last minute when everyone else is weighing in with their opinions, and even talked me through one tearful phone call when the little stresses of planning were just getting to me. Whenever anyone asked me how wedding planning was going my response was always, "my planner has it all under control". From the rehearsal to the morning of my wedding Kasey was there for anything and everything that we needed. She was helpful to us but also to our family and friends. In the bridal suite, it didn't feel like Kasey was my planner, it felt like she was just my hyper-organized bridesmaids getting ready with me. She kept everyone on track effortlessly! Both Kasey and Chelsea were amazing. They brought such positive energy to the whole day while still doing a million things behind the scenes so I could just enjoy everything else that was going on. It's safe to say I would have never been able to pull off the wedding of my dreams without Kasey and The Wedding Plan & Company team. Anyone that chooses to work with this team is making the BEST choice!
I recently was married in June and had the most unforgettable day and experience, all thanks to The Wedding Plan & Company. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Victoria is - she absolutely knocked it out of the park and is a total rockstar!!! From the moment I met her, I felt like I had already known her for years and I knew I was in good hands. I am still getting endless compliments about how incredible she is from my family and bridal party. She understood my vision, needs, and provided the most helpful guidance and suggestions throughout the process to make the day as flawless as it was. In the month leading up to my wedding, Victoria brought together all of my vendors to make sure they were all on the same page and timeline - a critical step in the process that I never even knew I needed and definitely would not have been able to do without her! Having Victoria with me during my rehearsal and throughout the entire wedding day is truly an experience I will never forget - she and Morgan brought the absolute best energy! Not only did Victoria tirelessly loop every button on my dress, but she and Morgan also took it upon themselves to sweep up flowers after our post-ceremony petal toss in addition to proactively and seamlessly navigating any problems that came up that day. The day after my wedding, Victoria sent me pictures and videos that she snuck on her phone on the wedding day - this was so beyond special and meant so much to me that she thought to capture some of our sweetest moments. Victoria and Morgan are without a doubt the best of the best and truly in a league of their own! I could not recommend them and The Wedding Plan & Company enough to any bride! Let me start off by saying I never could have made it through my wedding day without Michelle! I signed up for the month of coordinator package and had issues with the first coordinator I was assigned to as they were unresponsive. Jacquelyn handled the situation very well and immediately reassigned me to Michelle who was a God send. Michelle is extremely organized, quick to respond, and just totally on top of things. From the day of timeline that she created to the vendor communications, she did it all. Her strengths especially showed on the day of the wedding. She showed up early, set up my bridal suite, immediately got to work steaming all of the bridesmaids dresses (+ mine) and was just always by my side throughout the day constantly checking in and ensuring everything run smoothly. She handled all the vendor payments, made sure the ballroom was immaculate, and handled some small issues we had with our venue without a sweat. Not a detail was missed. The icing on the cake was the next day she sent me a bunch of behind the scene photos and videos that she took throughout the day which really meant a lot to me, especially since I didn’t have a videographer, so having these small moments capture on video was really amazing. I’m so grateful for Michelle and I truly had the BEST time at our wedding because I knew she was on top of everything and was able to relax and enjoy the day with my husband. Thank you, Michelle!
Words cannot express our wonderful experience with The Wedding Plan & Company! Our wedding day turned out exactly how we envisioned it, thanks to Victoria and her team. They did an incredible job listening to us, providing guidance and insight throughout the month of the planning process, and providing incredibly detailed itineraries for everyone involved in the wedding to make it as seamless as possible. We told everyone after the wedding that the best decision we made was hiring Victoria and her team, they were fantastic!
