Crystal did an amazing job on my step daughter's hair. Which is fried really bad. As 14 yr old teenager she is in love with her hair. Thank you Crystal for all your hard work and patience too. We will see you again soon!!!
Location and environment was a plus. Kind conversation. However, to pay $160 for kids Knotless braids and not be given the quality work that you pay for. Was dissatisfying for me as a first time customer. She kept stating how she didn’t want to be there. And I had to keep asking here to include the hair accessories I brought. And she still didn’t want to add them. I was not paying for convenience. I was paying for quality and unfortunately did not receive that quality as a paying customer.
I'm so glad that I found Crystal! If you need your hair blow dried at a reasonable price, this is definitely the place to go. Not only that, but she uses a home-made conditioner that smells amazing, and it actually softens my hair and makes it much easier to comb through. For context, I have very kinky 4c hair (and a sensitive scalp to add to that!) but ever since I started going to Crystal, I haven't had to rely on texturizers to manage my hair when I want it open for a short while. She is also efficient and makes you feel like a valued client 🙂
