It is truly disappointing to give small businesses poor reviews. However, this business absolutely deserve this one. After booking a “virtual consultation” weeks in advance and calling back to confirm, they were late. How are you late to a virtual appointment? Not by 1 or 2 minutes but 15. People value their time and if you don’t respect others times you will lose business. On top of that, they were very rude and very condescending. Just absolutely the worse customer service you can provide. I know you owned your own business but customers literally pay your bills. Being rude and disrespectful to 1 person, may cause you to lose multiple businesses. This is unacceptable and I really wish y’all will do better in the future.
I love this shop so much, I have had the pleasure of having my hair done by Adrian and Michelle and I always leave loving my style. The products they sale, they use and my hair has never looked better using them. Friendly atmesphere, and I love that the still have covid protocols. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this place.
Been going to this salon over a year I love the atmosphere & service. I switched to locs & because of them my hair is inches longer & heathy.
