Carlisha is amazing! If you are looking for someone who not only does amazing hairstyles but also really cares about the health of your hair then this is the person to go to! She loves what she does and enjoys making people look fabulous! Easy to talk to and makes your experience feel special. Now that I have found her, I won't be going anywhere else! Very clean and upscale, but my daughters girl didn't cut it ANYWHERE NEAR the way she wanted it. Image Cuts is better and half the price
Carlisha is incredibly unprofessional. My mom referred me to her and is sorry that she did. I booked a faux locs appointment and have a very large undercut, so I only need locs on 40% or my head. When she texted me to confirm my appointment and send a picture of the style that I wanted, I asked if a discount would be possible since my service would take her less than half the time and less than half the cost of hair. She replied that the price would be as listed on the website + the cost of hair. I was not sure what this meant since a lot of meaning can get lost in a text. Would I get a discount on the cost of hair? I was open to paying full price if needed to support a Black business, so I politely replied, “Do you have time for a quick phone call? I want to make sure I understand your pricing.” She simply ignored me! Didn’t even respond! Next thing you know, I get a text from a bot saying my appointment has been canceled. Do not patronize this business. Expect to be treated rudely and for Carlisha to make wild claims as she does in her other negative online reviews: that your disappointing experience was your own fault and that you don’t respect her time.
Carlisha is a perfectionist when it come to her work and so kind!
Carlisha is so wonderful and easy to work with! She listens to what you want/need and is also great at giving advice and input when you aren’t too sure what you want to do. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for a while and I am so thankful to have found her. She truly cares about her clients and the quality of work and time she puts into your service. Plus I have been comfortable with her since day one! I love going back just to catch up, but of course have my hair done too. :) I highly recommend using her for all your hair needs!
