So grateful for the Hidden Jewel salon! I’ve been wanting to loc my hair for years but couldn’t really commit because I didn’t know anyone who could, and I’m not a pick up and go to KC person for my hair. I finally said now is the time and scheduled an appointment with Janine. IT WAS AWESOME! Hair locked quick and on point, out the door for my day and feeling great. Ready for this hair journey knowing I’ve got a place to go for advice and upkeep!
I loved getting my hair done here. The business was clean and went above and beyond when it came to covid protection measures. Miss Jenine was professional, on time, and super sweet. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend anyone come get fixed up here
Janine is the best! She treated me like family the second I walked in and it’s never changed. I went to Janine for my dreadlocks, I had been working on them on my own for 5 years and decided I needed help. Since going to Janine my dreadlocks have grown significantly, my hair feels and looks healthier as well.
Besides having excellent competitive prices, the service is beyond amazing. When it comes to a woman's hair, it is very serious business. And I can't trust anyone else with my locks besides Hidden Jewel. I've been using them since it opened up, and no other salon's results can live up to Hidden Jewel's standards. And the staff are the kindest people! Also they have customer loyalty cards, and student discounts. Perfection.
