She listens to you and meets all your expectations for an amazing vacation. She does check ins and prepares you for your trip and is available the whole time while you are on vacation!!! Brandee from First Discount Travel recently booked our family a trip to the Hard Rock Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. From beginning to end, our trip was perfectly planned. We used First Discount Travel for our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better experience! We worked with Kelli Garcia, and she was so helpful in helping us settle on a location (St. Lucia) and resort (Sandals Regency La Toc-- highly recommend!!!). We had never worked with a travel agent before, and now I dont think we will ever not use one again! Kelli made everything so easy for us, and we truly never once worried about our honeymoon in the midst of wedding planning since she was so on top of it. We ended up loving our trip and experience so much that we actually booked a return trip while at our resort, and then transferred it to Kelli to be our travel agent once more. We just recently made our first trip out of the country to Cancun, We was really nervous not knowing what to expect and need. I have now used First Discount Travel for 3 trips. Paris, Mexico, and just recently Italy, and they have not once failed me.
