I had my 26th Birthday here with a few of my girlfriends. We each got make overs. The shop is adorable and has some amazing products show cased by women of color. We just had a lot of fun getting to know the owner and our make-up artist. I think it's also important to note that this isn't a business solely for black consumers. It truly is for all shades of melanin.
Love this place! A nice selection of products made for my hair and skin. The owner was so nice and her associate was helpful when I needed to select some new skin care products. My skin has been thriving. One of the BOGO items didn't ring up properly. A quick email and the situation was handled lightening fast. I need to come back to the salon and do something to this hair. 😆
It is a treat to visit this shop. Great customer service. They’ve helped me find wonderful products that I would not have known of otherwise. It is doubly satisfying that the products are made by Black owned (or people of color owned) brands. I’ve also ordered online from Marjani and products arrive in no time. I highly recommend as your go-to beauty store.
Paid for a $20 item along with next day shipping for which was an additional $25. After 5 days passed without receiving the item I made the company aware of what was going on. Company refused to take any accountability and chose to place blame on delivery company. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from this third party. Go directly through supplier if possible.
One of the worst businesses out there... I went to purchase a product and unfortunately it was already opened and the seal was broken and when I received the product it in then realized... The owners and management refused to accept my return and it's truly despicable the way the supervisors and company communicated and treated me...
