We booked a ride for 6 of us from Orange County to JFK and a return pick up two weeks later. We have used many car services in the past and Majestic is the absolute best. Contact with the company could have NOT gone smoother even we had to change the flight for one of our couples. They were so friendly and easy going. Our drivers, Max and Luke were punctual, professional and friendly. The vans were immaculate! They drove safely and got us there and home without a worry. We HIGHLY recommend Majestic for your transportation needs.
Majestic transportation Services & Limo is simply the best car service I’ve used in the last 25 years. They are reliable, polite, thoughtful, and resourceful. I wouldn’t consider using any other company. They earn their Five Stars with every trip.
I went into the office to make my reservation and the process was seamless. The woman that helped me was so patient and knowledgeable. The email communications for me were perfect as I did not have to wonder about anything. If I called or emailed I got quick responses. My driver was Max and in a word he was AMAZING 🤩!!! Such a personable guy. I’m not usually one for small talk but he kept myself and my daughter engaged. By the time we got back home it was if we knew him for some time. Hands down an over all wonderful experience! I would absolutely recommend and will most definitely be calling on Majestic in the future!
We have been using Majestic for almost a decade now. Sometimes we use them a few times throughout each year. I have never had any issues with them. Here are some things worth mentioning: Scheduling has always been personable, quick, and easy. They have always been accommodating even when I haven't been able to give advance notice. (Thank you for your kindness Debbie.) Dispatch sends one text when your driver is on location with the driver's phone number. The text also provides instructions if needed, such as, what to do when you are ready to be picked up at the airport. You are not spammed with unnecessary messages or phone calls. Drivers arrive early but there's no pressure to leave at that time. They are respectful of neighbors and dim/shutoff vehicle lights while waiting. They are dressed in suits and maintain a look of professionalism. Vehicles are spotless inside and out. Drivers also open doors, help with luggage, confirm drop-off points, and communicate effectively. You can talk as much or as little as you want--which is very much appreciated as sometimes I can be chatty and other times I fall asleep. They drive safely and proactively monitor gps in case they need to detour due to traffic or accidents. If you value your time and peace of mind, then you'll appreciate using Majestic. Everything is stress free, accommodating, and comfortable.
This was the first time our family used a car service to the airport. Majestic was amazing. On time, professional and very patient with the 2 toddlers in car seats. A wonderful experience.
