Pulled the rug out under me 6 days before an event even after I had paid a deposit. Worst company ever. Not only did they cancel my order last minute but they've been dishonest in their response to my review. I did not "just mention" the scheduling today. I've been in touch with them for weeks and never did they express they would not be able to fulfill the order. Not only did you cancel the order at the last minute, but your staff member chuckled to me when they made the call. I told them it was not a laughing matter. Such dishonesty from this company.
Look no further to rent for any event. We were hosting a multi-event wedding for our daughter. One of the events was at our house. we needed a tent. We looked at several different vendors. Lasting impressions was not the least expensive. But they were the easiest to work with. I could always talk to the person who knew my needs. Zach was very patient, he was always very helpful and made sure everything was setup perfectly. The event went on without a hitch thanks to Zach. They left the tent on for 1 week, and made sure everything was ready for the big day. I wish i could give more stars and I would give Lasting Impressions 10 stars.
Phenomenal! Last MINUTE table/linen/chair rental due to weather changes. The high chairs and tables/linens REALLY made our small event a professionally looking one! They are not called lasting Impressions for nothing. Quick and easy process!
Had a great experience with Lasting Impressions working with Cara. She helped us with an awards event, providing a stage, tables, linens and pipe and drape backdrops. Working with everyone from Cara to her drop off and pick up crew was very easy and the team came through at the last minute with some additional rentals for our event, in a timely manner. I would recommend working with this group if having a large event and need rentals.
We had a after wedding party at our house last Sunday and we rented several chairs and tables for the party. The staff was very helpful during the renting process and pick up and return went extremely well. I would definitely use these guys again. We had a great experience.
