I was recommended this place, but tbh I'm very disappointed with the result. I just wanted to have a simple cut to shorten the length and I agreed to have it layered a bit. But the stylist did 80% of the haircut with the thinning scissors, which I have never seen in my 40 years of life. Except for cutting the length in the beginning and evening up the ends for the last touch, she mostly did the cut with the thinning scissors... layering inside and then outside(what?), and even on the sides too! Now I have too much hair down on the sides of my face whether I let my hair down or tie it back. I lost most of the volume. I just don't look good in this hair however I do about it. Regretted I ever wanted a haircut.
I have been going to the owner of the salon for about 14 years now. Ms. Park is knowledgeable and confident. As a former hair stylist myself (trained at Graham Webb International) I know people come to stylist with unreasonable expectations and will not listen even when given sound advice. These are the same people who write horrible reviews. Find a good stylist, get to know them and stick with them. Going from salon to salon expecting a different, miraculous result each time is futile. You and the stylist have to have a relationship built on honestly (what have you actually done to your hair) and trust (if it doesn't come out the way I envisioned, what happened?). I love this salon, the vibe, the people. Just know it's a Korean salon t hay caters to mostly Koreans so the stylist may not be fluent in English.
Please don’t go there. You’ll waste your time and money. I booked at 1:30 during my break lunch. Found out they booked me and someone else at same time. Well she (su yeon i think) did my hair anyways but finished it like in 10 mins. 10MINS. After she was done and let other lady to wash my hair, and she started with other customer. My hair is total mess. NEVER going back. I do hope they read these comments.
Have the best skillful professional hair designer here. You won't look other places, once you visted here. Ive been customer here for 8 years now. Never dissatisfied what you paid, what you expected.
After the best designer have baby, absolutely disappointed! Do the things which you don’t want,destroy you hair style! Higher price, bad service!
