I simply cannot imagine there is a better realtor serving Victoria than Jordy Harris at Newport Christie's Real Estate. When my wife and I decided to move to Victoria, we were extremely fortunate to have Jordy recommended to us by close friends. We interviewed other experienced and talented agents, but Jordy was a clear stand-out and we confidently moved forward with him in our corner. During our purchase experience, seeing over 20 homes all throughout the city, our exacting expectations of what a realtor should be were consistently exceeded. Jordy went above and beyond at every opportunity, supporting us and challenging us to not settle for less than the best. He was always prepared, always professional, and always focused on what was best for us as his clients. When we found that perfect home, Jordy showed his experience and talent in creating a strategic offer to give us every advantage over other interested parties, and then negotiated on our behalf to get the offer accepted and avoid a sure mutliple-offer situation. We are convinced that anything less than Jordy Harris would not have been enough to close on our dream home, and we would not hesitate to personally recommend him as a realtor.
