Drivers speed and do not obey traffic laws. A van driver passed along the right on an on-ramp, bypassing several cars. He then proceeded to cut off merging traffic and wedged his nose into the lane, forcing the entire lane of merging cars to stop. If the other vehicle had not slammed on their brakes, forcing all of us to slam on ours, the Diversity Med driver would have hit him. Ridiculous. Thanks for being more important than the dozen other drivers you caused problems for.
I 100% recommend using this service for any transportation needs! I was stranded at a campsite over an hour drive from home, I don't know the area and I don't have friends or family in the area. My phone battery was very low and my signal was shotty at best. Man who runs this service not only worked around all of that, and found me in a difficult location, but he was willing to drive over an hour to get me, on a Sunday, without even being sure that he could contact me. No other driver was willing or able, I tried for over 6 hours to find a ride with help from family because of my phone situation. He showed up with concern for my safety and comfort and even accommodated my smelly dogs. On top of everything he offered to stop for food and cheered me up after a horrible scary night alone. Wonderful man, amazing service.
Driver of van 15 on 8/5/23 around 10am cutting vehicles off, riding middle of the lane on 71, more than likely on phone.
They did not pick me up for my scheduled doctors appointment. They tried to say that I called and canceled. I don’t know how I did that when I didn’t even know which transportation company was picking me up. I asked my insurance company to not send them next time I scheduled a ride. The owner just called me and apologized for the miscommunication on my pick up and asked for a second chance. My God is a God of second chances. And if he can give me a second chance at least I can too.
I do not use this transportation Company however the company I work for uses them. But when I’m at home this company drops off a client which is my neighbor that lives directly under me they bring the client and just get her off the van they do not walk her to the door the last few times I had to open the door for her I mention to the driver that the elderly woman needs help getting into the door he ignored me the first time I had to wake up out of my sleep early in the morning to catch him and let him know that he needs to stop leaving her unattended because Anything could have happen to her. Driver name Mohamed and if you ask him he will get smart with you for no reason.
