This place is a dream. I called and booked my appointment the same day which is very amazing. When I arrived I was basically treated like family. Beauty Junkies welcome all client and treat them like they have known them for years. They make you feel at home. This place is like no other hair salon. There’s no long waits, long dryer time, no drama. It’s a peaceful place to get your hair done. Book your appointments you’ll never regret it. They do it all.
This place is very unprofessional.. had an appointment that got rescheduled an hour before coming then while on my way to the later time it got canceled .This place will never get my service again !

This review doesn't have much to do about my hair service, but it is moreso based upon the professionalism. The last two times I decided to go to this salon, the first time, I did not receive any service because after arriving on time, I waited for 2 hours and the beautician kept telling me that she'd be right with me, but never got to me so I left. After this happening, I was very nervous and hesitant to make an appointment and I should've known better and followed my gut feeling after the last appointment. I had an appointment at 9:30am and got there exactly at that time, but no one was there yet. I understand things happening so I reached out around 9:45am to see if everything was okay and the beautician said that she would be on her way. By 10:00am, I was livid after not hearing anything back and waiting for 30 minutes so I called again to see what was going on, she asked me if I could come back at 6:30pm that evening, but I refused to because it would interfere with my plans. It made me feel like as if my time and service did not matter! Very unprofessional and I will not be back.
I love Beauty junkees because they also sells items such as purses women's apparel perfume cologne shoes and accessories you have to check it out it's cool. Go in and get your hair done you name it they do it
