This place seemed to be a good place to go because when booking the appointment, the gentleman was very professional. I booked a massage for 2 for me and my mom, and we arrived early to be on time for our appointment. This massage was something we needed and looked forward to all day; however, when we arrived, the guy at the desk said one of us would have to wait about 25 min because the person ahead of us arrived late. I then said we would both wait to get our massages at the same time. He argued that if I wait, then he would be late for his next appointment. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience he dumped into our laps, but proceeded to go to the back to tell someone (very loudly) that I refused to go in if we weren't starting both massages at the same time. He then came out and said it would be alright for us to go in at the same time, but by then, I was so upset. I told him that if his other appointment was going to be that late, they should have canceled them and not have made it hard on us. I didn't get my massage, but my mom did and she was very disappointed. She kept trying to communicate to the lady who was massaging her that she needed her to go deeper and tried to direct her on where to massage, but the lady didn't speak English. I did tell the guy who spoke English to tell the girl to go deep and that my mom had a sciatic problem. My mom said the lady just wasted a lot of time rubbing gently instead of working out the problem areas. Then, when she left to get the hot towel, she took a few minutes, and the massage ended 5 min early. I honestly felt it was a waste of money and our time, but I paid for the service. Then the guy had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to pay the girl after I paid him. He meant for me to tip her. I said, "No, we're good here." He asked me 3 times for a tip, then turned to my mother and asked for money for "the girl." It took everything for me to just bite my tongue. Other than being polite on the phone, a lot of training needs to go into being more professional with customers. The guy up front was nice, but you don't demand a tip (several times), especially when the massage was sub par and there were communication issues. My mom did not get the relaxing experience she needed and expected and we recieved no apology for our appointment being delayed. Everyone's time should be respected. People come to these places to relax and feel better. Our experience here was not good. Please do better.

I had a great experience my first time here. This place is very professional with no weird vibes going on. Very comfortable environment, I went in after reading the reviews and I don’t regret it. Quality massage and a clean place, get the 90 minute massage you’ll thank yourself later lol thank you Skillful Hands 🙏
Very professional! My husband and I had full body and foot massage. Relaxing and more than I had expected. Private rooms for couples massage. Money well spent on ourselves! We will be back!
The best foot massage ever! My ankles have been in pain for about a month and I had swelling. I went to the Dr and to my chiropractor, tried staying off my feet, ice packs, heat packs, but nothing helped. After my first visit, there was ZERO pain and the swelling has gone down substantially. Both feet were not massaged the same either. It was like they know exactly where needs work, places I didn’t even know until they started working on it! Super reasonably priced. Very comfortable temperature for relaxing. Respects privacy .They ask that you schedule ahead. Looking forward to trying other massages! Great local business to support!
