I very seldom go to beauty salons because I have historically not received an experience worth the money. Well, honey (I am in the Deep South 🙄) I think I got more than I paid for at this salon. My hair color was "on point; my color was uniform and shined brilliantly! She obviously knows what she is doing! But more importantly, the salon was not only nicely appointed, but customer service far exceeded my expectations. I loved that the stylist was so warm and welcoming. Going forward, I will travel to NELA to have Shon color my hair and treat me like a princess.
The service is amazing ! Her patience & her VIBE is unmatched .The BEST hands down .clean, nice 😊 salon .
