What an experience! I’ve never had much to say about my dental visits but I had to write this one down. First of all, the facility is beautiful and state of the art. It’s clean, airy, kids everywhere, and just a lovely, happy place. The actual checkup was the best dental checkup I’ve ever had. Dr. Will focused on educating me and making my dental health accessible to me. He walked me through my X-rays and really took his time to connect with me and make me feel involved in the process. It was fascinating and empowering. After that I was brought to a room with another kind person who walked me through everything my insurance covers and what it doesn’t so that I would have no surprises on my follow ups. The transparency was so calming! I’ve never had an experience like this with dental care. Absolutely incredible!
Very professional and warming family environment. State of the art building, equipment and staff. Knowledgeable about the craft of dentistry. Would recommend everyone and anyone to experience the greatness of this team! Money well spent!!!
We love Tulane family dentistry! Dr. Russell is amazing. She’s patient, knowledgeable, gentle, and so amazing with kids. My 4 year old needed a lot of work done and was so scared but Dr.Russle treated her with so much care and now my baby girl Loves her new smile. I 10/10 definitely recommend Tulane family dentistry.
Our daughter cracked two of her teeth while we were visiting from out of town and they were able to sneak us in at the last minute. Everyone there were very accommodating and made us feel right at home. Dr Russell did an amazing job extracting the cracked teeth and we really appreciated her explaining each and every step of the process. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I cannot say enough positive things about this dentist office! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that they prioritize creating a comfortable and fun environment for all guests, adults and kids. The waiting area has iPads and toys to keep the kids occupied. The staff is incredibly patient and friendly, making my child feel at ease during the entire visit. Dr.Lex took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for my child to understand, and they were very gentle during the examination. They also provided helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene at home. Overall, I am so grateful to have found this pediatric dentist office. If you're in need of a kid-friendly dentist, look no further!
