If I could double the stars I would. I feel like it's really hard to find a charming, upscale venue that is double minority owned in New Orleans, so finding Treme Market Branch to host my little sister's Bridgerton themed sweet sixteen party was nothing short of a miracle. This place is absolutely amazing! Teresa was the MVP of our event. She was so thoughtful and considerate of all our needs. Her diplomacy skills are absolutely amazing as she discreetly managed a potential conflict towards the end of our event. Our night was perfect because of her and this stunning space. For its location, the price was very reasonable. I definitely plan to host another party here in the future.
Today was Crazy Plant Bae. Excellent! Teresa is incredibly knowledgable. Beautiful selection of house plants and herbs. If you want it, she can get it for you. Will be back on Wednesday. 😂👍🏽 Well, I did go back and engaged in ordering a standing garden bed. I drew a diagram with dimensions, and left my phone number. The young lady is very knowledgeable, but the business acumen needs to be reconsidered and rededicated. I understand being independent, but your customers are not always willing to be available to your need to sleep in or simply loose documentation. Shame. I did purchase a gorgeous fiddleleaf fig that is really doing well. Sorry I can't create a better business relationship. More self focused, than customer focused. But the business will endure, and we wish it well, because the bar for customer service in New Orleans is not very high.
Beautiful place for intimate events! The owners are clear and transparent with you. Very professional and clean. Once was an old bank, this location offers an old New Orleans charm where you can easily make your own vision come true.
Let me start by saying that this place is a hidden gem!! Planning an event when you’re out of town can be hectic but Teresa and Margaret (the owners) were extremely helpful. Hands down l received the best service, their staff was courteous and extra attentive and helpful with last minute requests.
