The Vault staff was amazing. I recently help my family reunion there on July 16. The staff was courteous and exceeded all expectations. I will definitely book my next event at the Vault Event Center.
We loved everything about the Vault!! We got married during covid, and had a very small intimate wedding ceremony. We were not even planning on doing a reception until we met Kizzy. She was amazing and helped us along the whole way. She gave us a blank canvas to work on, and was super accommodating with all our crazy requests! Nikki was also amazing. We rented all the tables/linen, chairs from her! She helped me with all my decorations. I loved working with both of them!! I was the happiest bride. The Venue itself is clean and beautiful. Brand new floors everywhere. Loved having the bridal room. I got ready there. I HIGHLY recommend The Vault. They are amazing!! Will forever be grateful with Kizzy and Nikki for my amazing day.
This is a great venue with easy access from the interstate. Staff and owner were accessible at all times throughout the process and very accommodating. I definitely recommend booking this venue. We will be back for sure.
Great Venue. Kizzy and her staff were very helpful and accommodating. We felt right at home with friends and family at our daughters wedding.
Wonderful facility, wonderful staff. The owner was very professional and prompt at all times. Nikki, the Interior Decorator, was top notch! I wasn't quite sure on anything i wanted but she was patient, friendly, and definitely exceeded my expectations. She went beyond her role to make sure my day was special. The Vault is definitely the place to party!!!
