I just wanted to let you know how much of a pleasure it was to work with your company, and especially Katie on my recent order. I’ve used several merch companies for small commemorative items for my family and friends and Katie’s customer service really shined. She was so diligent in her follow up and went above and beyond to ensure my order was placed and delivered on time. I will say, I haven’t opened the package yet, but assuming everything is good on opening, you will have a repeat customer in me.
I have placed an order six weeks ago. They took their money, without delivery. Customer support emails, bounce back, and only music plays when you call the contact number. Not good! The product looks good, but if and when I finally receive it, I may not need it. Not recommend!
