I've been coming to the Skin Bar for almost 2 years now. Everytime I come and see Melissa, she and everyone is so nice and professional. I have seen immense progress since I've started coming once a month. My parents have also been and enjoyed their experience.
I have been seeing Maddy for about 2 years and always leave feeling 10000% better. She has done wonders for my skin and is always so nice and provides great suggestions on what ingredients to remove or include in my at home skincare routine. She’s the best!
Her facials are excellent, she spends a lot of time doing the most relaxing massage work, and my skin is always glowing when I leave not red and puffy. I am lucky to have found her. Her name is Maddy
Do not get me wrong I love this place, especially my esthetician. But the last couple of times I went, I noticed a lot of unnecessary noise during my facial. One of the staff members had their phone on speaker phone while talking to a friend about god knows what sound like some drama, then people in the front are talking very loudly about things not related to work. When I get facials I want peace and a serene relaxing atmosphere. I do not care to hear drama on speaker phone or side conversation in front. I’m not sure what’s happening but it hasn’t been peaceful the last 3 times I have come. I hope this is reviewed by management so this can go back to being my favorite place to relax after a long day of work.
Everything from booking the experience, walking through the door, being greeted by professional and corteous staff, to entering my own personal serene private suite was TOP TIER! Every staff member was knowledgeable about all things skin. I at times even felt my spirit being cleansed. The overall atmosphere is everything ypu would expect and more at Skin Bar VII. I highly recommend you giving them a try. I promise it won't be your last.
