Very professional! Dr CREAR was very thorough when describing the results of the diagnostic review and what would be needed to resolve her findings!! I will be having extensive work and I am comfortable with the process! Also I was ecstatic when my oral surgeon was very professionally supportive of my decision to go to Dr CREAR
Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, explained so I can understand. I was asked if I had any concerns. They was patient oriented. Also the place was extremely clean. They went beyond the call of duty. The staff, especially the dentist was excellent. I will highly recommend this place.
There is NO ONE else that I would trust to take care of my dental concerns than Dr. Crear! She is the absolutely best dentist EVER! She is experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate! She does excellent work. And the staff is like family. Being from New Orleans, we all know each other or about each other. Some of the staff have been with Dr. Crear for over 20 years! Dr. Crear has been our family dentist. She has taken care of me and my children, who are now grown. She consistently does good work, which sometimes can result in long waits-- but it is worth the time!
Felt very confident when I scheduled a consult appointment only to be very dissatisfied when I arrived for my appointment. The front desk staff which the office manager was present at the time was extremely rude. I would never recommend anyone to this place. After I left, I was telephoned about not appearing for my appointment. Really, I was just turned away from your front desk.
The wait time is ridiculous but have open appointments.. one patient been there since 8 I overheard and I got there at 12 . I figure she was a walk in but however I waited an hour just to be told I couldn’t go back with my minor child ! Even though they had a waiting area when you enter the back . I was agitated and left with my child .. a word of advice give parents a word before making us wait that you have NEW rules in which keep parents from entering the back .. it wasn’t like this before
