The bouncy house was a huge hit with the kids. I put my order thru online but still needed to call to go over some questions. I can’t express enough how wonderful and helpful the office staff was. The bouncy house was very clean and well maintained. Delivery and pickup were a breeze. This is our second rental from this company. I would highly recommend.
Everything was amazing! The tent and chairs were clean and in great condition, the drivers were professional and on time and I was texted a link to track the delivery. I will continue to use Party Time everytime!
Pick up and drop off went extremely smooth and great customer service all around. The tent had some small holes and is probably due for retirement but it kept us dry from the rain and everything looked beautiful once decorated.
Amazing! We ordered the Ninja Turtle bounce house for my son’s birthday and it was a huge hit! The staff was wonderful to deal with and it was very easy to set up. Will definitely rent from them again!
Rented the obstacle course for my son’s 9th birthday and of course we got hit with rain the evening it was delivered. The morning before my event we got most of the water out but couldn’t get it to fully inflate. Dave and his team got right to it and we were able to have a successful event. This was my first time using Party Time and will definitely use them again. Their customer service is amazing! Thank you Team! Tracy B.
