WORST EVER, RUN AWAY!!!!!!!! **********SUSPECIOUS FRIM********** Previously Said if cannot rented out for two months, can break the contract. LOSS is on the OWNER. I requested a follow-up call. A lady answered my call and took down my information, set the expectations of returning my call within 24 hours. It's been over a week. NO ONE CALLED. House has been on market for almost a month. Nothing happened. No plan. No communication. ######################## NO COMMUNICATION is the key. Tough to speak with anyone in the office. I called to understand the expectations. NOBODY EVER CALLED BACK.
Nurith and the team and Next Level Rentals are incredible! They have helped manage our property for 2 years while we lived on the west coast. During this time they have helped us coordinate some renovations to the property using one of their contractors. All of the workers at the company are helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a property management company!
I highly recommend Next Level Rentals. Nurith and her teams are very responsive, even with my many questions I have as a landlord. In business with them for several years, I can say that they know the real estate value and how to manage my condo.
We were with them for 2 years while they managed the property we were tenants of. During this time, there were multiple repairs and issues with the property, and each time they were very responsive and fair to us. If we move we will definitely look for property managed by Nextlevel.
