I love this seamstress and this woman!!! Trust her she knows her job very well. I am a client who has a thousand projects and she knew how to fulfill my requests. I am a demanding client and she helped me with professionalism, patience and a lot of kindness. I recommend her to everyone because she has always delivered the goods up to my expectations and even more!!
But what horrible service.. if I could have given zero I would have! Disrespectful in addition to the appalling delays. We were wearing a coat in March 2023, we are given a week's notice that the coat is easily repairable! 1 week later no news, 2 weeks later we call to find out what is going on she tells us that it is very difficult to repair that she needs equipment or X machine to do the repair. Ok, why hasn't that been said from the start? If it's more complex, we understand very well, but let us know. We are back in May when I go back there, beginning to doubt that the coat is still in his hands.. 2 months later nothing is done, I explain to him that it makes no sense as a deadline and I am told that in any case we are almost in summer so that we must not need the winter coat, frankly. She mentions that next week without fail it will be done, that she will have the machine she needs at that time. Of course, still no news. July 2023. We go back there, admitting to having prioritized summer clothes and not having taken care of it, even having forgotten it! I ask her to give us back the coat with the sewing she started and to reimburse us. She accepts, but only if she undoes the work she has done. Phew. We discuss and she simply has no respect, even if she admits to being in the wrong, she keeps repeating that they are only 2 employees. When you know your turnover and availability, you don't give deadlines that you can't meet. Finally the tone rises and she decides that the machine she can have it the same day and that it will be ready the next day. Finally. 4 months later, the coat is in our hands and we cannot say that the work is worth the wait or the expense. Correct, but no more. Especially coming from a "professional" who initially mentioned that she was the best and no problem she could fix this. 4 months of waiting and disrespectful discussions. She never wanted to reimburse us, knowing very well that she is 100% in the wrong. It seems to me that in her place, a refund is the least we can do to try to save her reputation, but she never wanted to. If you want advice, stay away from this place if you want a job well done and on time. Whatever my needs in this area in the future, I will find another place.
