Perfect location for my cousin's baby shower and gender reveal party! We were so happy that the men in the family showed up to support and guess what - they had a great time too! We had a Mardi Gras theme, and the decorations looked great in the KP rental space. We also appreciated the wheelchair accessible entrance for our guests with walkers, strollers, and large gifts. The venue is large enough that we had plenty of room for seating as well as floor space for games. (We planned for up to 80 guests, and about 50 were able to attend our small gathering of family and friends). The wall space is long enough that we could fit the registration table, a table for appetizers, a decorative console for the cake, and still have wall space for photos. We used the "royal sofa" and a "he or she" backdrop made of balloons. The "registration" and bar areas are located at the entrance so that guests can sign in and grab a beverage of their choice immediately upon entering. The catering area is on the opposite side to prevent crowding. We brought our own party host, Lauren Gibbs, who did a great job entertaining guests with fun family-friendly games. And when it was time for the gender reveal, we stepped outside to see if smoke bombs revealed blue or pink. We broadcast the gender reveal on Facebook Live for friends and family who could not attend. It was so fun and exciting, and everyone loved it! The building itself is low-key but the space really comes alive with custom decorations for your specific event. There's plenty of parking, including wheelchair accessible spaces. Event staff are professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend KP Event Rentals for your next event. Your guests will love it!

The bald headed man has the nastiest attitude.. The customer service from this man is ridiculous… Do NOT book with this place… He is just so angry and for what???? He makes this beautiful place, look like GARBAGE!! I have NEVER seen a black man act so much like a woman!!! Nasty Attitude 🚨🚨🚨🚨
Very professional they will try their best to accommodate your needs and point you in the direction of other venders, caterers ,Decorators etc to make your event a memorable one
