This is a great addition to the neighborhood. The owner is genuine, helpful, and believes in the Union Square/Hollins Market area. The prices are right on par with similar places, and the smoothies are well worth it. On my first visit I got a Hollins Hustle, which is a delicious banana/coffee concoction. I’m grateful this is in walking distance to my home as I’m likely to return often.
Friendly and knowledgeable, love the atmosphere. My family came upon this place by accident. We are glad we stopped! Black owned, please come support!
Was going through some withdrawal symptoms from heavy marijuana use which was causing me nausea. Went straight to the juice lab and told my guy the problem. He told me thanks for being honest. He told me my options. I choose the Charcoal lemonade. Damn did this stuff work. Within an hour I immediately started to feel so much better. Went back to the store 3 days later and just happened to see the owner, standing outside. They were actually already closed. He actually opened the store up just so I could get what I wanted and still took the time to answer all the questions I had. He never tried to rush me even though it was passed store hours. Great service hands down. Please check them out and support a great SOWEBO business which is actually there for health and wellness without all the medical mystery.
My girlfriend and I visited the Juice Lab today and had a wonderful experience. We ended up spending 15 minutes inside talking with JR about the business and the local community. I will definitely be visiting again for great conversations and even better juice and smoothies!
I visited on Thursday because I was in the area and wanted a smoothie (found on Google maps). Had no clue this place existed. I tried the Holiday at the Harbor & it was so good. I was tempted to go back for another. Customer service was great. I will be returning. I wish they were open everyday, lol.
