Jamie did my daughter's sweet 16 cake and cupcakes. The cake turned out AMAZING! The cupcakes were so soft and so good! She delivered them and set everythung up, which I was so thankful for. Thank you for making her day more special!
I ordered a 2 tier custom cake a month ago for my child’s birthday party this past Saturday. I also had made an order with her for cupcakes for this coming Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Jamie charged me $110 for a “deposit.” Yesterday she shows up with a 6” (cake topper) missing the bottom half of the cake. She tells me it will feed 8 kids and sorry for the mess up she didn’t look at the second page of my order until she was leaving. She also brought the cupcakes which I ordered for the following week. She did apologize and said she would make the cupcakes again for the date I ordered them for as an apology…??? Having kids and guests there I kept my cool and was like ok whatever. The cupcakes were dry and I could barely swallow and had to use milk to get it down-perhaps overcooked I’m not sure. The only positive note was they looked cute. My husband had to run out during the birthday party and buy another cake from Giant to feed all the kids. I messaged Jamie to let her know I don’t want those cupcakes Wednesday as they were just awful, they looked pretty but dry…I requested a refund as I didn’t receive what I ordered. Jamie has refused and therefore I’m in process of disputing. I gave Jamie all the opportunity to refund as I didn’t want to make public. This has truly upset my kid. I promised her this beautiful 2 tiered cake for her first really big birthday party and Jamie failed to deliver but wants to keep $110 for “cost of ingredients”…this is very poor customer service, complete negligence, and it’s best that you get your cake elsewhere. After seeing your response: -Do you think I would accept cupcakes as your “resolution” at the later date after telling you they were dry on the ones you delivered that I didn’t order for that day and especially after your huge “mistake” that ruined my kids birthday yet you charged me $110 for your mistake and won’t refund it? -No, the issue is not resolved on another platform and you are a very poorly run business with just terrible customer service skills. Karma is coming your way. I will pray for you.
I ordered a Minecraft cake for my sons birthday. I was hesitant with the price. But needed a cake so got out all set up and told her what I wanted. On day of party I cut into cake and it’s chocolate, which I’m allergic to and my son does not eat. I couldn’t very will tell the guest not to eat the cake as that would have been rude. Half the cake was thrown away as a result and get only resolution was to give me half my money back. The cake was wrong and I shouldn’t have to pay for it. Very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere because as other comments I’ve seen, these mistakes are frequent occurrences. Only 1/3 of cake was eaten and she made the comment that apparently the value was good if people ate it. That’s bad business. You did wrong, so fix it. I didn’t ask for that type of cake and shouldn’t have to pay 65 dollars worth of supplies for something that was wrong!
We called them text them and discuss ideal and they were able to get us a price. They delivered on time and exceeded our ideal! The cake was so moist everyone loved the cake. Many 2nd slices went home along with family getting name and number of E & J cakes. Our 16 year old daughter was so happy how it turned out and so were we.Thank you
Best Valentine's Day cake ever! My husband loved every bite of it. Not only did the red velvet cake with buttercream frosting taste good - it was beautifully decorated. We've also bought and enjoyed several flavors of cupcakes. Happy customer.
