Thank you to Dr. De Paula and the nurses at Inclusive Care. Unlike a majority of my past medical treatment, I was listened to, cared for, believed, and received the correct testing to make a positive diagnosis. I have been suffering for years from chronic pain, which other doctors have blamed on anxiety and the psyche. But Dr. De Paula believed me, and I received adequate treatment and a treatment plan. Thank you for your kindness and quality care. Because of you, I am now on the road to recovery and can get my life back!
Love Dr. Morgan, she’s so sweet and listens to all my questions without being condescending. I have two daughters and I will continue to bring them to her because I trust her advice and I feel she’s right to be their pediatrician. Only hiccup was that my new patient appt was rescheduled 3x , hopefully it won’t happen again .
The receptionist and dental assistance were very nice. However, I had a male African American dentist. I don't know his name. But he was very rude. He was very short and to the point and did not explain himself well. He also was not able to fix the problem but I was changed eighty dollars. I was in so much pain that the examination could not be completed. So they refunded $30 back to me. I definitely will not be coming back to this place.
I am a diabetic patient of Dr. Renata Allen. I called May 25th to make an appointment because I'm out of my medication. I left a message it's June 2nd no one has called me back yet. I sent an email to Dr. Williams no response. I thank God I'm not an insulin dependent diabetic. I always Thou highly of inclusive care but lately I want to switch to someone else. 😕
If you want to make and confirm a follow up appointment with your doctor and want your appointment to get cancelled the day you get there visit this clinic . I confirmed my appointment 1 week in advance to follow up with Dr.Ray , drove over 1 hr to see him only to be told I don’t have an appointment with him . No one notified me my appointment was changed to a different day but I was told it was unfair to other patients for me to be seen the day of my original appointment while already being there , but it’s not unfair for me correct ?
