Look no further for your decorating needs! I worked with Jennifer to plan arrangements for a 40th birthday party. She was super helpful and made the process fun and a breeze. The decorations were a hit and turned out great! They were also very accommodating with delivery which I really appreciate. Thank you so much!
This is such a wonderful store! Aside from having everything, the service is absolutely impeccable. I walked in and asked about balloons and was greeted by the person I assume to be the owner, Jennifer. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind and welcoming. She set aside some balloons for me to pick up a few days later. My husband returned to get balloons inflated and pick up a few more things. Jennifer immediately knew what he was referring to when he asked about the balloons set aside, and made it super easy to drop off some other balloons and pick them up a little bit later. When my husband returned, the balloons were ready (and they looked amazing!) and Jennifer even helped him take them to the car. This place offers 5 star service all the way and I can’t wait to shop with them again for our next event. We’re big fans!
I bought two large numbered balloons at Giant and one of them popped. They wouldn’t give me a refund and they were out of helium. I was in a panic since it was the day of the party! I’m so glad I saw this store from the corner of my eye. The service and selection was amazing and it was much more affordable than at Giant. Will def shop here again for party needs!
I had the best experience working with The Party Place Burtonsville when planning a baby shower last weekend! They were very responsive to my online request and were very helpful when picking out balloons and suggesting designs! They went above and beyond!
My son and I had a great experience at the store today buying a balloon arrangement for his birthday. The nice lady who assisted us was very friendly and worked quickly. She went out of her way to take care of a minor issue I had when loading my vehicle. I highly recommend the store. I will definitely be going back for all future party needs.
