This service is a complete joke. I tried to book a cruise through this agency and was told there was a room with a balcony like I had requested. When I asked the price, I was told "I forgot to write it down" and "it's too much trouble to look it up again". I was told that they would send me a brochure the next day. It's been 10 days and no brochure or other contact. I was hoping to book the cruise last week but missed that time frame dealing with these bozos.
Quick, professional, and helpful all around. Highly recommend trusting this agency and their qualified, kind and efficient staff.
