Stephen was wonderful to work with. We needed lights in several different areas,indoors and outdoors, and loved the look of Flambeaux lighting. He answered all our questions, gave great advice and then helped us to complete our order. We received our lights and they are GORGEOUS!!!! There are special unique touches on our electric lights. We have two Flambeaux lights on our porch and they’re beautiful. Both lights went out at the same time and I requested help from customer service. I got a call from Stephen, a managing partner for the company, who walked me through various scenarios. He said the most likely scenario was a clogged gas line. I didn’t see how something could work for five years and all of a sudden develop a clogged gas line. But I asked a plumber friend (a good thing to have in this world) to come over. He ran an air compressor line into the attic and disconnected the gas lines to the light. Blew out the lines, reconnected them and, voila! Light!! Attentive customer service matched with a beautiful product is a rare thing. But this company has it. Good people. Good product. Good combination.
