Don't bother calling if you need a ride in a hurry. Very long wait every time I called, no matter what time of day. Always over an hour
Excellent customer service. Greg is a very responsible driver. Greg got me to work on time everyday & Greg picked me up on time for my ride home. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for your excellent service.
Called at 2pm for a 3pm pickup in Bethlehem, they said okay no problem. I gave them my address and everything, so they said "see you at 3!" 3:05 comes around so I call back, and they hadn't even sent out a driver. Ten minutes later I get a call from another man (the driver) asking for my address, because the man on the service line never told him where or what time to get me, and was only notified of my pickup after I called the second time at 3:05. Didn't get picked up until 3:30 which is what time my appointment was in Allentown. horrible service, horrible attitudes, would NEVER recommend.
Just called the guy said he needed a deposit and they don't take that they need to secure payment. What kind of business is he running. I really need to get to work and if I had money in debit card I would use Uber obviously as they are cheaper. What a way to run business.
DO NOT use this service. Less than 7 hours before I was to be picked up for a ride to the airport not only did the driver not know he was supposed to pick me up, they increased the quoted price by 25%, they then demanded the full price paid in advance by credit card over the phone! They said it was an inconvenience to pick me up and the advance payment was to confirm the reservation I had made 6 days prior. I refused to pay in advance and they cancelled my ride and then hung up on me! Totally unprofessional and left me feeling like I was being scammed.
