Literally do not go here and DEFINITELY do not let the man that works here cut your hair. Not only did I walk away looking like a Barbie doll that had fallen victim to a toddler with scissors, but I was actually in physical pain. He treated my head and neck like a joystick, almost ripped my earring out 3 times, and nearly burned the flesh off my scalp my aiming the blow-dryer directly at one part of my scalp barely a half inch away. I also watched him take tools directly out of drawers and bins clearly labeled "soiled tools" and use them on my hair 🤢 No idea how I'm going to fix this horrible haircut as it's already WAY shorter than I asked for and is incredibly choppy and uneven. THIS IS YOUR WARNING DO NOT GO HERE.
Hana gave my mom an amazing haircut for only $15!! Much better than her last one done for $60. Hana also did an amazing job on our nails. We will be definitely back.
Went there after seeing some positive reviews and for a 15$ haircut wanting to save some money. There’s a lady and a guy, the guy did my haircut and it was TERRIBLE! I ask for a simple guy haircut. He started off with my bangs and immediately messed them up. I was already complaining about that but kept letting him cut. Had to tell him multiple times how I wanted it. He wasn’t communicating with me. He was just using scissors to cut my hair when the style I wanted needed clippers. The hair is uneven and messy. DO NOT COME HERE!
Terrible haircut. All I asked for was a straight 1 inch trim. Went home and cleaned it up myself. The people who cut hair don’t have hair dresser or barber licenses. Only one of the manicurists has a license, the owner. Checked with the state certification services. They’re frauds
I called to ask about business hours, cleanliness of the salon, and a pedicure service. The person who answered the phone who had an Asian accent said they close at 7:30pm and that she could take me now for a pedicure. I did not make an appointment but still decided to stop by to see the salon for myself since I was only 5 minutes away. If the salon met my cleanliness requirements I would have taken her up on her offer for a pedicure. However, when my sister and i arrived , an Asian lady immediately came to the door saying that she was closed even though there were other white patrons in the salon at the time. She did not know that I had just called on the phone nor did she give me the opportunity to inform her of that. We believe we were refused service because we are black. This is a racist nail salon.
