I started therapy with Choice Clinical in July. My therapist was adequate. I found out I had been exposed to Covid at the end of August and I was symptomatic the day of my appointment. I canceled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice due to the exposure and the symptoms. I was still charged the $75 late cancellation fee. I requested a refund and explained the circumstances and my request was denied with a note that “telehealth options are available.” I fully understand cancellation fees. And, sometimes things happen and warrant a waiver of a fee.
