I went to the UVA Health System in Centreville for an MRI. I was met by Camille at the front desk and Jason for my MRI in the back. Camille was extremely friendly and helpful in checking in and also when my husband called to make sure of my appointment time! I was really impressed in the way that we were treated! Jason took me back for my MRI and I was impressed with him too! He explained everything and was extremely helpful in getting me off the table which was a feet in itself. I was in a wheelchair unable to walk very far. He was very kind and understanding! I really appreciated his help! Both Camille and Jason made my MRI a pleasant experience! ☺️ I highly recommend this center. They were the best!
I went to the UVA Imaging Center this past week. I was checked in by Mercedez, who was so helpful and caring. She has been wonderful every time I have reached out for information. Jason, the Tech was so very kind and explained everything to me so clearly. I had the best experience and would highly recommend to others.
I had an early AM appointment for an MRI, and it was the smoothest MRI I've ever had. Camilla was super personable and kept my dad company, while the tech who actually operated the machine had a calm but humorous bedside manner that would relax any first-timer. If I ever need another MRI done, I know where to go!
I had 2 MRI's this past Tuesday night. This was the best experience I've have with imaging, I've had many. Camille checked me in and was very professional and kind. Camille put me at ease immediately. Naz was my technician and he also was very professional and compassionate. He did everything to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend UVA and if you're lucky, Camille and Naz will take care of you, though I'm sure the entire staff is wonderful.
What a pleasant experience. In and out in ~40 min, 15 of which was the actual MRI. I have seldom met people as kind and considerate as Camille (front desk) and Jason (MRI Tech). Just an absolutely fantastic facility and experience. Thank you kindly, great people.
