Needed a ride to my doctor. They arrived early and waited until my appointment was complete. They are very professional. Very cordial. Called them at the last minute but they were able to accommodate my request. I recommend VIP to anyone in need of transportation. I will definitely use again.
I cannot recommend Rico and his service highly enough! Prompt communication with him through FB to arrange our roundtrip ride between Lafayette and Breaux Bridge in advance, and he then took extra good care of us during the rides themselves. He's also a lovely and funny guy to boot - a pleasure to talk to . Honestly, a perfect gentleman all-around providing A+ service and will use anytime we are in Lafayette: cheers, Rico!
Awesome service! Arrived to my home early and got me to my appointment safely. Got me back home from my appointment safely as well. It was pouring rain but the driver drove like a truly experienced professional and I felt like the whole experience was wonderful despite less than ideal weather. Great luxury vehicle. Comfy and roomy seating. Friendly driver.
Excellent experience. I will use this car service every time I am in Lafayette from now on. I scheduled a 4:30am ride to the airport on a Sunday. When the car arrived, we received a text about 10 minutes before our pick up time to let us know he was there and was ready for our pick up when we were ready. The car was clean and the driver was very professional and safe. The cost for the ride was very good and I would highly recommend this service ce if you are in the area and need a ride.
It was a pleasure using VIP Transportation. Rico was absolutely thorough, professional, patient, helpful, and accommodating. I used his car service for 2 days to visit my friend and take us to lunch and then to take me to the airport. He was on time and made sure I was taken care of from beginning to the end. It's more than a car service. It's an experience. I will absolutely be using Rico when I'm back in town again. Awesome service!
