Went to this location to get braids by a stylist there she was very rude and unprofessional after driving a hour to this location to leave with 7 braids.I booked for 9:30 appointment was asked if I could come at 8:45 I stated I could probably be there by 9, she text and say 9 was fine her car was in shop she had to get a ride to work. So at 8:47 she text to say she there my gps say I’ll arrive at 9:10,so she respond it’s a 10 late fee for being late the 10 was fine but my appointment was for 9:30, after getting there she has food brought to her and she go take a break after 45 min of me being there! Very bad for business! She had no respect for the owner of this business. Calling me all out my name throwing my hair forcing me out the door.
