Kay did wonders! I have been to Glow Med Spa (3 diff locations) & have gone to European wax center in Chester. THIS (UE) in Colonial Heights is by far the best wax I have ever gotten. Kay was GREAT with communicating, made sure I was comfortable & she actually took the time to make sure EACH HAIR was gone. Very affordable and so worth it! I’ve been to places where they charge more and give less quality service.. Kay actually cares enough ~not~ to treat you simply like a time slot & actually makes sure you’re getting amazing service you can happily pay for
When it comes to my first time experience, customer service is something that I look forward to. This was my first Brazilian wax and Ms. Kay talked me through everything she was doing and helped ease the pain. Her personality really makes you feel comfortable and the process goes by quickly. 10/10 would go again.
Absolutely the best waxing experience EVER. This is a black woman owned and operated business. This spa is so beautiful, inviting and relaxing. The owner is so sweet and professional. I can't wait to go back for other services.
Kay is amazing! Had my first Brazilian and it was a breeze we seriously could have stayed all day hanging out. She made me feel so comfortable! Can’t wait to go back not to mention my kitty is snatched to the gods!
I had such an amazing experience! From the time of my arrival and throughout my service I was warmly greeted and treated with care. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time.
