Ticia is amazing! She really listens and takes her time to give you exactly what you want. The hydrating treatment was especially luxurious and relaxing plus my hair felt so healthy after.

She's very friendly, professional and the shop and atmosphere is very inviting. Ticia educated me about my hair and I left very happy with my cut and visit. I took my 19 y/o son to Ticia for a wash and moisture hair treatment. I was her first client that morning and she was very upbeat with a welcoming demeanor. She explained to him each step of the process and was very encouraging with hair tips for my son going forward. My son enjoyed his experience so much that he asked me for her info so that he could make his next appt! I chose this salon bc of the raving customer reviews and she did not disappoint.
This is hands-down the most amazing hair salon that I’ve been to in a few years. Ticia it’s an amazing hairstylist and amazing human being an amazing woman. It’s Been about two years that I haven’t cut my hair and I was ready for the big change an I gave her creative control over my hair and she did fantastic. The environment and atmosphere is absolutely amazing and very empowering. I am so glad to be on this journey and especially to have an amazing hairstylist that knows how to deal with curly hair to help me on the process to get healthier curly hair. I can’t wait to see my hair get healthier and curlier and to go back. Honestly 100 out of 10 I recommend to anyone and especially my curly hair people she is fantastic.
I've been coming here since 2018. I'm so grateful to have found a salon here in Baltimore that has good energy and good vibes. I came here for the natural hair services and I also have gotten my hair colored and styled. I also had my starter locs done and maintained here and I would fully trust to any new hair journey I'm on next. The shop is lovely and vibrant. Very roomy, I feel a personal connection with my hair and as I do my stylist. Everything is clean from the bathroom to the coffee station to the eyebrow wax area, everything! I'm always coming back and with my busy schedule I'm so happy to be able to find time for her to play in my hair💓💆🏾♀️
