Went here for a consultation and booked an appointment for a Wash & Go, Moisture Treatment, and a Haircut, and it was amazing. I had the stylist Naayo for both appointments and I absolutely loved her, she’s so kind and informed and provided answers to any questions i had. She took care of me and my hair and I loved the end result! Thank you so much for everything!
My daughter loves her hair. AJia was so welcoming and gave us great tips to use at home for healthy hair care. We found out new go to natural hair care salon. Thanks ladies!
I’ve scheduled an appointment for this salon twice and both times the schedule was free before and after my scheduled time AND both times I arrived a little early to my appointment just to sit and finally get in the chair an hour later. It just happened for the 2nd time and this time the stylist was unable to complete my booking so I sat in the waiting area for over an hour for absolutely no reason. The stylists are super friendly though, organization wise though it seems like they enjoy playing with your time. Should work on a better time management system or adding a cushion before/after appointments if your stylists need more time than advertised.
I got a trim and wash and go done today by Naayo - she was so nice and helpful! I loved the style too. I’m looking forward to booking my next appointment.
I did a blowout with Ajia. It was my first time going to a hair salon in several years. Ajia was really nice and does a great job of communicating throughout the appointment. Ajia was also very gentle, which was a pleasant surprise for me. This was the first time I went to a hair salon and didn’t have to spend the entire appointment listening to complaints about the thickness of my hair nor take Tylenol afterwards lol. I was extremely nervous about going before my appointment due to negative experiences at other hair salons over the years, but I’m really glad I went here. I definitely will be going here again and would highly recommend.
