The signature facial is fantastic! My face is so smooth and clean. The place is beautiful. The staff is wonderful! Highly recommend. They should get couples/double room soon for facials, fingers crossed. I also got my brows done and their set up is very cool. Check it out! They also have a teen facial- my daughter can’t wait!
I do not recommend this business. I would like a refund please for no services being performed and being ghosted. I was supposed to have an appointment on July 15th at 1:00PM, and at 10:00AM that day I received a call from Erica saying she had to reschedule last minute because her family experienced an unexpected loss, which I totally understand. Since I wasn’t available the next day for my facial, she said she would call me back the next day (Sunday, July 16th) to see when we can reschedule. She offered to wave the remaining balance due to the inconvenience, but I even offered to pay the full balance because I didn’t want her to take a hit for something that was out of her control. I was very understanding. Comes Sunday, she doesn’t call. I figured I’d give her space until she’s ready since I don't know what she's going through. On Friday, July 21st, she still hadn’t reached out so I sent an email to Honee Pot explaining my situation, and it’s now July 28th and I have not heard back. Since Erica called me on her personal cell, I decided I would text her on July 25th since it had been 10 days. No answer. I called her personal cell July 28th and no answer, and I couldn’t leave a voicemail because her inbox was full. I go to call Honey Pot and it says it’s temporarily closed on google?? I left a voicemail anyway. I don’t understand how this business can ghost their clients and then temporarily close without refunding. Also, it appears to be other people other than just Erica, so if Erica was going through a tough time, why did no one else step in? Everything just seems off to me. This was the first time I wanted to do something for myself in a long time and it just sucks. Such a bummer because I saw so many great reviews. I understand things happen, and I have been very compassionate towards Erica but this is ridiculous. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything at all. I would like my money refunded please. Feels like I’m being scammed. I have reached out in every way possible and this is my last resort. Please make things right Honee Pot!
I had an appointment today May 2 at 5:30, which I arrived early for! I get to the door and there is no one there and all of the doors are locked! I had a confirmation email and I filled out the intake form about my skin beforehand so I know that I still had an appointment. As a mother of an infant I barely have time for myself so I set time aside time for this facial and no one is here and I call and the number is disconnected I called over 10 times and nothing! I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by all of this! Now I’ve wasted my time coming all the way here to not get anything. You try to support black owned business and this is where is gets you! You will never see me again! I hope no one supports this place either! What terrible first impression and my day ruined.
I’m only on my second session and even my consultation was great. This place is top notch!! Great customer service, great products and Erica was awesome. Skin care specific to my ethnicity is something this team knows all about so for a newbie in this tier of skincare, I feel comfortable and pleased. What a pleasure to find this African American, Woman and Military Owned Gem that not only knows my specific skin but how to care for the skin of those from all backgrounds.
I just want to say that The Honee Pot Skin & Beauty has such a relaxing, beautiful atmosphere. I received an eyebrow shape and tint service and Blake did a phenomenal job. I LOVE my brows. Blake is very likable and professional. I definitely will be back.
