I stop by for the first time to purchase some old fashioned cupcakes for my husband birthday and they were a HIT!! The cake was moist and the icing was delicious, a perfect combination!!
As always, the cakes, the cakes, and the cakes are delicious! The best homemade closest to be reached to my "Nana's" pound cakes. That speaks volumes... Of course, like everywhere else, the portions are getting smaller, and they need to stay in business so that we can continue to buy more. *For me, it's all good b/c portion CONTROL is key to healthy living.
A big thank you to everyone at silver spoon for making my daughters baby shower perfect. My family and friends all enjoyed the cake it was amazing we definitely will be back for more occasion. Thank y'all for the beautiful cake.
I tried several of the cupcake flavors. I wouldn’t say they are the greatest cupcakes I’ve ever eaten, but they are good. The price is better than other places in Hampton Roads where a cupcake can be $6. I see this as a good option for those on a tighter budget, especially on the $2 Tuesdays when each cupcake is only 2 dollars. I will assume the cakes are similar to the cupcakes, and the designs look good from the review pictures. Overall, while not the best, the cupcakes are good and provide a great option for those on a tighter budget or looking for a bakery closer to this area of Portsmouth.
YALL NEED TO TRY THESE CUPCAKES!!! I get them every time they sell on my base and let me tell you….best cupcakes I’ve ever had!! As a frosting lover, I can say that The frosting is delicious on every flavor I have tried ! Not to mention the moist cake itself. The do the classics very well and have amazing specialty flavors ! THE STRAWBERRY CRUNCH IS AMAZING !!!
