The Rose Legacy Team was second to none in helping me secure one of their event venues. Making arrangements from Charlotte to host an event in Portsmouth was a challenge however Shana made everything as easy as possible. She made sure that the 2 people who were my eyes were able to come in a do a video with me so I could see the layout and make decisions on how I wanted things set up. The opening and closing of the venue was smooth. I recommend any of the 2 venues that they offer as they will fit your needs. Please give them a call and I'm sure they will be able to assist you.
RLS Event Center was a great venue and the perfect size to have my daughter’s 10th birthday party. The owner was amazing and very professional. When I first inquired about the venue, I received a quick response and she was very informative. The venue is very clean, including the bathroom and there was more than enough tables and chairs provided to accommodate what we needed. There is also plenty of parking available for your guests. I will definitely use RLS again in the future.
Just wanna say Thank you to Shanae (RLS) for allowing me to rent the center for my mom & son surprise bday party. Shanae was very nice & professional everytime I had questions about the building, what could rent, etc. The building was nice clean smoke free & ready for us on time & everyone loved it & had a great time! Everything was perfect!!
Hosted a 1st annual Christmas party at this event space over the weekend. We use the Western Branch location. Shana was a great host. Bathrooms were clean, kitchenette was clean, & stocked on trash bags and cleaning supplies. She sanitized and cleaned the building before I came in to set up because it was an event before mine. She answered every call, email, and text (yes I used all forms of communication).lol Shana is very friendly and has a good spirit. Felt like I’ve known her a while and just met her. I will definitely come back to either of her venus. Thanks for the hospitality!
I used Rose Legacy Signature Event Center to throw my daughter's 10th birthday party and everything worked out really well. The venue including the bathroom was nice and clean. Chairs, and Tables (both round and rectangular) were made available. There is a small kitchen space in the back with a full size refrigerator and counter space to prep food. The place is located in a area with plenty of parking for guest. The owner was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this venue for the event needs. You won't be disappointed.
