I had a 60 minute full body aromatherapy massage and it was awesome. Mia was professional and on time. The massage had the right pressure and was very relaxing. Her studio was clean and had the perfect ambiance. I highly recommend Mia and I will be definitely scheduling another appointment.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mia! I have been going to see her at Revitalize for the past 6 months for deep tissue massage, and every single massage has been 5/5 stars. I always leave relaxed, and she’s magic at releasing muscle tension that I can’t stretch or foam roll by myself. My most recent massage this past weekend with Mia was honestly it was THE best massage I’ve ever had, hands down! I asked her to focus specifically on the knots in my neck/shoulders and low back/hips, instead of the full body massage I normally request. When Mia was finished, for the first time in a very long time, my two main areas of tension were completely pain and knot free! I keep recommending her to anyone who will listen, and I’m very excited to visit her new spa space when she moves into Old Town!
I have only one way to describe Mia's massage sessions - she has a magical touch! I have been having regular appointments with her, and every time I leave her studio feeling refreshed and energized, yet incredibly relaxed. I had issues with tight muscles, sprain and a few knots in upper back/neck areas, and Mia has helped relieve all of it. Could not recommend her enough!
I can’t stay enough positive things about Mia and her dedication to providing personalized and impactful massage services. I am recovering from pretty extensive surgery and believe that her Lymphatic massages have been one of the factors that have made my recovery comfortable and successful. Thank you Mia!
Update: Went back for some therapy on some pulled muscles in my back. Mia was amazing once again. She does excellent work! Pro tip: She has an Alexa so you can request pretty much any music you want. We listed to 80's music and it was awesome! Thanks Mia! Mia gives an excellent massage, which is the most important part of the interaction to me. I have gotten massages, literally, all over the world and Mia is definitely among the best. I left feeling like I had received therapy, not just a relaxing 90 minutes. I know that many people like a massage just for the relaxation, but I like a massage to accomplish something in addition to the relaxation and Mia delivered. Her studio is nicely decorated and relaxing, styled after many/most other massage studios so don't be put off by the building she is in. Once you are inside, the choas of Route 1 is gone. I am glad Mia set up her studio near my home and I hope to be back soon.
