My experience with Realign Your Mind has been wonderful. The counseling sessions have provided me with so many helpful tips to calm my anxiety and racing thoughts. My therapist Alyssa is caring and compassionate and tries to make herself available when I need her. I experienced a retreat with a group of people and the facilitators were amazing. Jenine Stallings was so so kind and caring and made sure everyone was doing well and enjoying the experience. Jenine and Nicole did amazing sound therapy that was so relaxing and calming. I have had an overall very positive and healing experience with this group and have recommended several family and friends to them. Its what I’ve been looking for for years. Thanks to all of them.
LGBTQ friendly I have been seeing Jenine for almost three years. My wife sees Nicole. Nicole is also our marriage counselor. I am so very thankful for this office, the services they offer and how helpful they have been in our healing journey. Both Jenine and Nicole offer different perspectives and processes until both my wife and I find tools that work best for us. This is great place.i love how everyone treats you when you walkin.The smiles make feel like home.I travel from hopewell to Mechanicsville to see my therapist. This is such a good place wouldn't go Anyplace else? I have been seeing my Therapist since 2020. And it has it has helped me a lot . Janine is also my therapist. I really enjoyed the fact of her being my therapist. She is very patient and understanding. I would recommend her to anybody.
I tried out two different therapists here, one of whom I saw for a few months. I was generally unimpressed with the lack of attention to detail Jenine showed over the course of my time seeing her. Additionally, she misgendered me multiple times and never attempted to correct herself. The care I received was never queer affirming. I certainly would never recommend that any other lgbtq person waste their time here. On top of this, they were not forthcoming when I requested my medical information.
I have been going to Realign since it opened. The staff there is very friendly, always willing to help and always has a listening ear. If you’re looking for some great support Realign is the place to go.
