Beautiful place, great price and plenty of room. I had my glam babies 2nd birthday here and turned it into a family getaway. It’s a great location and the owners are awesome. The entire experience was worth every penny I spent. Will definitely be going back with my family. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Immaculate home very well taken care of. It’s in a great location and is perfect for any occasion. Very satisfied customer. They have everything you need here.
The Ni River Manor is an outstanding venue for any type of event. I myself have been there for 2 different occasions, first for the 4th of July and second was recently for New Years. I had a blast every time! The Ni River Manor is very very clean and very very spacious venue with a huge front yard and backyard. There are many beautifully decorated rooms for you and your loved ones to stay in. My personal favorite part of the manor is the pool. It is perfect for laying in the sun for a nice tan or a dip in to cool down. The owners are very respectful and have great hospitality. I plan on going back very soon!
We just recently booked Ni River Manor for my sister’s bridal shower. We had the greatest experience. The staff and the beautiful landscape are unparalleled. We loved it so much that we requested the location for the wedding.
Thank you to the Ni River Manor team for hosting us for a friends birthday getaway weekend! When we booked this we knew it would be perfect for our group but the pictures do not do it justice. The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space to spread out when needed. 7 bedrooms four of which have en suite bathrooms, two large living rooms and the big outdoor decks allowed for so much space for our group to lounge and have our group dinners and activities together. Ni River Manor is the countryside getaway you didn’t know you needed!
I attended an event at Ni River Manor & I was very surprised by this hidden gem right here in Spotsylvania. The grounds were immaculate, the landscaping was pristine & the huge tent was positioned in just the right space for us to enjoy the beautiful outside scenery. The Manor itself was amazing, nicely decorated, large spacious guest rooms, 2 pools, theatre room, beautiful bridal suite & a lovely full kitchen & sitting area. I would love to have a special occasion event there for my own family some day.
