Price of oxtails have gone up everywhere, so I’m not surprised they were $23.99! But if I’m craving them, ima get em. Been back in VA for a week and came across this place. Was not disappointed at all! Great flavor. Great portion size. Overall a great meal. Ordered through door dash, but plan on going inside within the next few weeks to try other items ☺️☺️
Staying on the beach we Google mapped for Caribbean food. Chose this place using reviews and location. Food was great!!! Had the jerk chicken and Escoveitch whiting. Both great flavor. The jerk was sweeter than I like but was still great. The cabbage was awesome, the plantains great, the rice and beans good.
Bruh this place is really bad the yams taste like cinnamon rubber, greens are wasted tasted like wet dog, Mac and cheese taste like if they put sliced cheese on that. Chicken was okay, rice is mid, got a large ox tails and got 3 pieces for a cheap meat taste is eh. Better off googling another place the price was too much for a dollar general taste. Somebody lying for the 4.0 review and y’all wrong for the support.
This place was very clean and the food was prepared in a timely manner. I ordered the shrimp and salmon pasta and a beef patty. Everything was delicious. The beef patty had a nice kick to it. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back.
I paid $23 for a LARGE oxtail platter and got this little bit of food..if I wanted a lunch special, I would've just gotten that. Definitley not worth all that money,and no, I didn't eat any out of it before the pic was taken..I understand everything is expensive,but can I at least get my money's worth?
