I dined here on Mother’s Day and it was my first time ever hearing about the restaurant and we were greeted and seated quickly. We sat outdoors and there was a Live DJ indoors that kept the vibe on point. Everything was delicious! I had the deviled eggs, hot honey shrimp, crab fries and the catfish and crab grits. The wait was a bit but that was to be expected on a holiday. Our waiter Jasmine was delightful and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning.
Amazing first time without any disappointments. Greeted with absolute hospitality by Jules McGuire. I had to go for all the heavy hitting appetizers on the menu, and a entree. Music was very tasteful, and glad to say it's definitely a way to end the weekend. The decor was very modern, and it made you feel as if you belonged in a upper class dining. If brunch time is a Banger I can only imagine what it must like during dinner. Worth every penny. Jules and staff thank you so much for the amazing experience, and see you all again very soon.
I went here for lunch alone, and the company I work for get a 10% discount. I was greeted and the food was pretty good. I had wings, crab fries appetizer, and a lemonade . I was appalled when the bill came back for $45. I did have a bit of a wait for my food. I was not aware that I would be charged an 18% service charge for dining alone nor a 3% card fee. This was my dismay for this restaurant, I belive those fees should be displayed whether on their website or menu, front area where the host is located. This is my reason for 3 stars.Oh, and I could have gotten crab meat throughout my fries.
My sister and I visited this spot on Father’s Day. The food and service were great. We sat at the bar because the music was jumping. Our bartender Feta (like the cheese lol) was amazing!!! Drinks were on point. I would have given 5 ⭐️ but the appetizers I wanted were sold out. I will get there early next time
I would say it’s more 3.5 stars vs 3 When we went it was a party of 25+ people and the bar was occupied so we had a table near the kitchen. Our server did her best as the bartender was backed up and was the only one mixing drinks for everyone so we did have to ask for our drinks a few times. When we did get our drinks they came out in plastic cups so we weren’t thrilled. They ran out of glasses but still felt weird drinking a lemon drop out a plastic cup and for $16 at that. Drinks to me are overpriced. I got the punch and it was ok. The food is the star. The oxtail egg rolls were amazing and fulfilling. The crab and shrimp fried didn’t miss. Lots of lump crab meat and shrimp. These fries had us licking our fingers and the portion was huge. Hookah was around $60 and it was good, not amazing but the girl was nice and checked on us. She even mixed us a nice flavor. When we did call earlier to inquire about the price we were told $40-50 but she explained this is the price before grAtuity and service charge so whoever gives out the information should make note of that
